Hi,

I've joined RLA and I'm going to use the AST from from the site. I am setting up a tenancy agreement for two people, one of which already lived in the flat but knows he needs to sign another agreement.

I would prefer to keep them on seperate AST agreements, but I'm not sure this is the way the form works? can anyone clarify?

Or do I need to put the total rent and both names on one form?

Thanks,
A
