I have a prospective tenant who i am happy with except for she has told me she will fail a credit check and has explained why.
Her father is more than happy to act as a garantor.
My question is, should i carry out a credit check on her father? am i entitled to do this? I do know that he is a pub owner and a well respected man in the community.
