Hello

My tenants are 3 months into their 6 month AST. I have done an inspection. Everything is fine and I want them to continue for as long as possible.

What should I do about extending their lease? The original lease was prepared by a lettings agency and I don't wish to use them again ( and pay their fee) if I can help it.
