Hi,When requiring a Guarantor I always try to require on who is a homeowner and use the RLA Deed of Guarantee form. I have just had a thought however, iof the Guarantor is the JOINT owner of their own property, do I required both of the joint owners to be Guarantors if I want to go down the route of a charge on their property if the worst came to the worst?
