evicting a tenant with live in landlord.

i have rented and en suite room and the tenant shares the kitchen with one other tenant in a similar room. neither of them have been given a tenancy agreement. but neither share any of my facilities. i want to evict one the tenants. so i will give notice of 28 days and then if the tenant refused to go. i can change the locks and put their possesion s in storage for 30 days to be disposed if not collected in the time frame. am i write else i would appreciate your advise.
