water authority discriminate to renters & dont fix burst water pipes

I have just found out that my local water supplier Yorkshire Water will not attend to burst water pipes if the property is rented out. This is discrimiation. Apparently they will do if its privately owned altough they try to fob you off if you call them but if you persist they tell you they have to attend (unless it rented).

I suppose the tip is to tell your tenant they are the owner!
