Hi

one of my tenants is 2 months behind with the rent i have approached his mother who has signed a RLA guarator form guaranteeing the rent, she has paid in the past, but i have just recieved a letter from her solicitor giving notice that she no longer wishes to stand as Guarantor in respect of the tenancy.

Can she do this, i am about to serve a section 8 on the tenant but ideally i would like to collect the rent from the guarantor, what are my options

regards
