I fully accept I have been in the wrong letting rooms to couples and or individuals in my HMO property. As people came and went and the foreigners disregard all Tenancy Agreements. In fact most people do!
No one in the house has a Tenancy Agreement.
I have posted the Room only Tenancy Agreement in the kitchen, pointing out that in the event of breaking the Agreement ie non payment of rent, damage and or damaging the property. Can I therefore evict tenants that fall under that criteria within the 14 days stipulated on this agreement?
