Gas and Electricity getting cards changing to a meter

This is our first post we are new members.

We are in the process of purchasing a property - we completeon friday.
The preoperty has been emppty for a couple of months.
It was previously let.
Both the gas and electricty cards are missing. Both have only £2 on the emergency. Can somebody tell me the following?

How can I find out who is supplying gas and electricity to the property?
What is the quickest way toget and elecricity to the property?
We will change to meters from cards at some point but not if this slows the process down.

The property will be let out but we intend to renovate it first.
