Hi RLA,
I own a flat in a converted house of 5 flats. Together the owners of the flats are Directors of and run the Managment company. One of the owners now owes a years management fees £400 and will owe £600 by the end of July. He lives in Amsterdam and is not answering emails or replying to phone messages.

Are you able to advise re taking him to court? As he is in the Netherlands does that proclude the court? Is this something we could do ourselves or would you advise a solicitor?

Any and all guidance is gratefully received.

Jane
