recvd a notice from my tenants (lha) guarontor, saying that he wants to withdraw his guarontorship. accordingly i inspected the property and found it totally ransacked,belongings left behind and locked changed.
what will b my stand with a situation like this?

another tenant(lha)was under police custody for few months and recently was sentanced. though i have inform the housing benifit accordingly and waiting for thier reply. tenant belongings r stll in the flat.what do i do with this, how long do i wait to retenanted the property.
