I have a tenanted property originally let on an AST with a guarantor. I have allowed the tenancy to roll on to a periodic tenancy following expiry of the original AST.
I now have problems with rent payments and payment for repairs due to damage for which the tenant is responsible.
Does the guarantor have an ongoing responsibility or did this expire with the AST?
