I have had a tenant move out of a flat recently due to the noise from the above flat and my new tenant has been in 1 month and is considering moving due to the disturbance. I own the ground floor flat in a block of 4 flats with no management company. Simarc are the lease holders and appear uninterested in enforcing the lease. The other 2 flat owners have recently written complaints to the council and are keen to find a way to make the brother and sister causing the noise nuisance act with more consideration. Do you have any advice?
Can we make simarc help and enforce the covenants of the lease?
Is there anything else we should do?
