My existing tenant wishes to have a new tenancy for 12 months, she would like a break clause saying that after 6 months she can give a months notice if she wishes as she is on contract work and her job will last at least 6 months or even 12 but could be even 9 months.

Does anyboby have a break clause wording I could use in the body of the tenancy and is a break clause legal! and what pitfalls if any should I be looking for.

Many thanks and much appreciated replies.
