Please could you imform me of the correct procedure for completing this document.

Do I give this to the new tenant so he can get guarantor to fill in this form?

Or do I, the landlord need to be present when the witnesses and guarantor sign?

Can the witnesses be a members of the guarantors family or do they need to be non relatives without any interest in the agreement?

Should the Guarantor receive a copy?

Yours sincerely
