Has anyone had experience with excessive increases in service charge, this may be a question for landlords with new builds, but i am experiencing problems with the management company who are employed to manage the day to day running of the apartments and deal with service charges etc.
In 1 year I have seen an increase of over £300 pound!!!! surely this isn't usual practice!
if anyone can shed light on similar experiences or has any constructive advice, i would be please to hear it!!
