hi CAN ANYONE ADVISE ME, WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF AN ASSURED SHORTHOLD TENANCY AS I AM UNSURE OF A TENANT AND ONLY WANT TO GIVE THEM A 3 MONTH TENANCY. CAN ANYONE ADVISE AS THEY WANT TO SIGN UP TOMORROW.
