I own the freehold of a converted house that is divided into three, one bedroom flats. The top flat has been sold on a long lease and the remaining two flats,I own and manage myself. The problem is that the owner of the top flat has rented to the tenants from hell.Very loud noise continually day and night. I dont seem to have much luck with the police or the council and the landlord of the top flat does not want to know.
Is there anything I can do to force the landlord to evict his tenants,as my flats are becoming unletable and I am the freeholder.
