Dear David & Team,

If the rent is being paid by my tenants' guarantors - a Mum and a Dad for female and male tenant -

who should sign the AST? - tenant and/or guarantor

on whom should I do a credit check? - tenant and/or guarantor.

The tenants themselves have a good-ish credit score of 330+, but they are under 25 years old, postgraduate students without a guaranteed income or proof of funds (except the guarantors).

What information should I obtain about the guarantors?
