I APPLIED FOR 6 MONTH COUNCIL TAX FREE PERIOD AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THIS TIME WAS USED UP BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER WHEN THE HOUSE WAS UP FOR SALE. DOES THIS MEAN EVERY PROPERTY ONLY HAS 1 SIX MONTH FREE PERIOD FOR ITS LIFE TIME I AM GOING TO COURT OVER THIS AS I THINK THE COUNCIL IS WRONG TO APPLY IT IN THIS MANNER. HAS ANY BODY ELSE COME ACROSS THIS PROBLEM.
