Thank you Dave A for your answer
Can I just check specifically whether there will be any particular problem because I don't have the tenancy agreement in my possession
I can show that they have paid and that therefore there is a contract between us
Is the need to contact a solicitor because they might be able to evade the protection I have re possession under an AST ?
Your thought smuch appreciated
