What responsibility does an agent have to replace a cracked bath.
They have advised that the bath and shower over bath is not used until they contact the Landlord (he lives in India) and obtains permission to replace it. The Bath/shower is the only available facility in the house for showering/bathing. Both tenants work in a hospital and obviously it is important that they have regular access to showering.
