Hi

I am going to use the standard RLA AST, and the RLA deed of guarantee.

I understood that it is important that the deed of guarantee is completed and signed before the AST is signed and granted, is this correct?

If so what date should be inserted section one of the deed of guarantee ( (“the Property”) upon the terms of the Tenancy Agreement dated) if the AST is not yet completed and dated?

I intend to send a copy of the unsigned and undated AST, together with the deed of guarantee to the Guarantor. Then Date and sign the AST when the Guarantor has returned the deed of Guarantee is this correct?.

Thanks in advance.
