I know that this may sound really silly however I have a tenant who is complaining that the landlord will not build the bed up she has bought for the property, does the landlord have to build the bed or is it the tenants responsibility. The landlord is agruing that she has supplied the bed that they requested however when it was delivered it was flat packed and therefore the tenants are now demanding the landlord set the bed up. I await your reply.
