Tenant has ants in the house, and says he has difficulty in getting rid of them. I have suggested pouring boiling water around the edge of house or add talcum powder around the kitchen. Both these have been effective in my own home. But he wants to call in the Pest Control. Who is responsible for costs? The Landlord or the Tenant. Thanks
