Dear RLA

Could you please advise.

I rent out a property to a mentally ill lady and on wednesday, i am going to renenw here agreement. 3 years less a day (thanks for the advice on this)

However she is not in condition to sign this agreement for herself.

It will have to be her sister who is her appointee.

However, can you please advise if i still put my tenants name on the agreeemnt and get her suster to sign on her behalf?
