Good evening, I hope I am posting this on the correct board. If not apologies and any advice gratefully received.
I have bought a house with Necht cooker, hob and extractor but need parts and user manuals.
I have been in touch with Maple Industries in Oldham who were going to send them to me but 4 weeks has passed and despite many, many phone calls I have not received either parts or manuals. I read on the internet that there may be some questions about the reliability etc of this firm and am losing hope that I will receive the parts etc.
Can anyone advise me of another firm that supplies Necht parts etc please?
