I have already seen the list in the docs section and it seems to be more vetting for prospective tenants.

I was thinking more of a list for "move in day" or a couple of days pre/post move in day.

E.g.

Is ast sigened & dated

Is deposit protected

Has notice to quit been issued

Etc etc...
