RLA LPM Software - Free for members?

Hello,

The page which describes the RLA Landlords Property Management Software (http://www.rla.org.uk/landlord/property-management-software.shtml) states the following:

"as a member of the RLA, you can use the RLA LPM free for the lifetime of your RLA membership, including any future updates."

When I installed the software and ran the application for the first time, it told me that I had 29 days left on my free trial.

How do I get full acccess to the software? I am (obviously?) an RLA member (albeit a brand new one!).
