Good afternoon

Could you please help me, we have a group of students who have signed a joint AST, the landlord requires guarantors, parents are unwilling to sign due to JSL. would a signed letter from parents accepting liability for their child only possibly renange JSl respolsiblities for parents?

I look forward to your reply

thanks

Mair
