The current tenancy has now ended and I have agreed with the tenants on deductions but i now discover that the tenants had an extra lad staying since January this year, I have demaanded full details of this additional tenant, so that I can recover unpaid rent, from the tenants and am withholding deposit refunds until they furnish this information , what is the best and most efficient solution to this
