Does any body know what rules apply to room sizes within a HMO in lincolnshire.I have a 8 bedroom house which abides by all other regulations{12 sinks,4 toilets 2 baths,2 showers 3 kitchens! ) but now the man at the council is telling me i cant rent a room as its too small!
Any help please before he makes me bankrupt!
