Hi,

I had a phone call from the police reguarding my tenants two boys.The police want to come and see me tomorrow about their behaviour, I'm assuming anti social behaiuor maybe as the Police were quite brief on the phone.

The police said I have a right to "keep the peace" or something...

What rights and responsibilities do I have? Do I have to serve them notice if the police tel me to do so?

I'm a little confused, is it my responsibility to make sure the tenants children are non anti social ?
