Hi

I am trying to get some other views on mortgages offered by brokers. Are they the best option "in the market" for you, or are they the best option for the broker (i.e. fees and "kick backs").

How do you evaluate different options given by the broker(s) as I hope you may agree, it can be a bit mine field?
