We run a small Bed &Breakfast, which has now come under a HMO due to having long term tenants, we as a family lived on site, but now want to move out, do we need someone there 24/7?. I would still be there throughout the day, cooking cleaning etc, but would not be there at night. Under HMO standards how would this work?
