I have requested a guarantor but it is a 22yr old friend who earns a little under the equivalent of 2 months rent per month, lives with her parents. The tenants are a married couple with children, everything is fine with them except there wages are a little low. I feel unsure but of course I would need to ensure she understands the guarantor role, Wage slips are genuine, Any comments would be welcome
