I recently took a guarantor to court and won damages of £5k for rental arrears and damage. She paid £80 of the amount and then succesfully file for bankrupcy.

At court during the bankrupcy hearing she claimed that she lived on her own and there fore could not maintain the property, but in essence she was living with her husbend ( he isnt registered there) and the four payments I recieved came from a joint bank account. Does any one know if I can persue the husband for the monies as they are joint and severence please.
