Does anyone know the best place to find out the corrct regulations for fire doors? I am renovating a first floor flat which has a private ground floor fromt door and private staircase. I cannot find anywhere which rooms need fire doors, whether they should be 30 or 60minute nad whether special frames or hinges are required. Any ideas? I dont want to fall foul of fire regs when we get tennants back in. Thanks!
