Hi, i have one lady applied for my rental property, the lady Miss s,just moved a week ago in our area from scotland, she showed me her passport, bank statement, where she has £3500 + and another £5000 overdraft available, she is currantly not working, and she has put her house for sale(arround £265000)in scotland,i saw a paperwork from estate agent, she said she has not got any mortgage on the property, obviously i am going to do a credit check on her, and she has a gurantor(homeowner in scotland),she is happy to act as a gurantor, the rent i am asking is £570/pcm, do you think i should go ahead with this tenant, and gurantor can't come here to sign the gurantor deeds, what is the easiest and cheapest way to make her sign gurantor deeds?looking forward to hear from you,
thanks
