I will shortly be obliged to sell at least two of my properties to Leeds City Council as a result of a Cumpolsary Purchase Order.

Does anyone know if there are any additional tax reliefs that are given when the sale is forced upon you as this will be.

Also has anyone read the book How to avoid property tax by Carl Bayley.
