Why is the RLA ignoring me??

I have had major problems with Haymarket Revenue and Enviro Living, both of which are actively promoted by RLA. The problems I have experienced are common to other members (see posts within forum). I have contacted RLA by phone, email and through this forum but ALL communication has been ignored. I was assured your Business Manager would contact me this week but have heard zero. Zip.

Is this really the way to retain your customer base? You promote appalling companies to your fee paying members and don't give a monkeys if we're ripped off. May I remind you that without landlords like myself your organisation would not exist, I'm therefore at a loss to understand why you treat us with such contempt.

Unless you can convince me otherwise I shall be joining the other national landlord organisation as soon as my subscription expires.
