My tenants have been in a flat for more than 5 years now on ASTS. How ever; I worry whether I will have problems when I need the property back because I have heard that after 3 years tenants have a big say in the property. Is this true?. Even my mortgage lender once said it should not be for more than 3 years. Do I have a problem? Pleasse let me know your views. Thanks a lot
