Evening!
I have issued a deed of guarantee (from here)- Limited & given it early to the Guarantor to read and understand.

She is concerned about para5.
"nor
shall it be revoked or discharged by my death" - she is concerned she does not want her estate to pick up the bill. She is recently retired and does not seem ready for the underworld quite yet!

what might I consider doing to keep making progress?
1.Can I remove that sentence- or would it invalidate the deed?
2.Can I put a time limit on it
3.Anything else
