i have recieved a letter that an lpa reciever has been appointed to a property i own and let out - i am a bit baffled as i had arrears on the property due to the previous letting agent going bust - but i am actually now up to date and have no arrears - i did have an arrangement with mortgage trust to clear this before and they have told they were happy to do this - what are my legal rights as far as this is concerned?
