I have recently posted 2 questions one on the 17th March and the other on 5th April amd am yet to get a reply from the RLA or anyone else. I feel the RLA should have gotten back to me by now. I am slightly disappointed as they are usually very quick and I have made a point in the past of telling them how effcient they are!
