Hi there,

I need some advice.

I am a private landlord, with a single property. I am clueless as to my rights.

I need to complete a Corgi inspection as the current one is over a month out of date.

I have arranged for the plumber to call a few times, but the Tenant is never home.

I have requested access again on Monday evening, this time in writing, delivered by hand. If I am denied access again, what can I do?
The plumber has suggested reporting him and asking for the gas to be cut off until he complies, can I do this or is there an easier way?

Thanks in advance.
