Hi,

I have my neighbour who is encroaching my land and would not let me have it. I have got the Boundary Expert to mark the boundary and still he insists that as he had been occupying the land for the past ten years, he would not let me have.

I have DAS Legal insurance and I have informed them. They say if he bilds upon my land, then they will act for me.

What is the general situation about such matters? Do you have to keep watch over your property all the time even though Deeds state it is yours? What is the significance of Deeds then? No Value.
