Am I correct in thinking that if an item such as a dishwasher, freezer is on display at a viewing that

1/ the person taking up the tenancy has a right to expect that item to be in the property on move in (if they have not been advised otherwise)

2/ that the new tenant should expect said electrical item to be in working order

3/ if the item is not working it should be replaced by the landlord

many thanks
