What tenancy agreement to use with guarantor and process?

Hi there,
We are taking new tenants with a guarantor. Normally we use your standard AST downloaded from this site. What do we need to do in addition as we are taking a guarantor, is there a different tenancy agreement? What is the process for then signing up etc?
