I am fed up of boilers breaking down. Fed up of tenants complaining about bout boiler problems. Fed up of keep trying to get engineers back to the same property.
Does any one use electric heaters or anything else ordinary inner city terraced houses? Sureley there must be some more reliable alternative with less draconian safety laws for landlords. Who can educate me here?
